Devlog 0.22.1: Dragon Tail

Gyarados swaps Twister for Dragon Tail on its secondary attack.

What's new

• Dragon Tail: Gyarados spins and whips its tail in a wide arc. Whoever it hits is sent flying several tiles away and stays stunned for a moment.
• Use the stun to rush back in with Waterfall, or punish from afar with Hyper Beam before they can move.
• Like every melee hit, the tail whip also cuts through incoming shots.
