Devlog 0.22.4: Hyper Beam, Anime Style

Gyarados’ Hyper Beam now looks like the one from the anime.

What's new

• A thick beam with a white-hot core, pale yellow body and golden edges that crackle and flicker, packed with tiny sparks that get brighter towards the center.
• It bursts out of a ball of light in the mouth, flares open and hits with a jagged, glowing front. Stray sparks fly off the edges.
• Gyarados: Dragon Dance now stacks up to 3 times. Each use adds damage and speed and refreshes it; at 3 stacks, Aqua Tail never heats up.
• ARENA MODE: X on a slot removes it and + adds it back, so you can fight with 2 to 6.
• Gyarados’ Dragon Dance now stacks up to three times, like Dragapult’s: each dance adds damage and speed and refreshes the buff. Maxed out, it hits as hard as before and Aqua Tail never heats up.
• Online: a stacked Dragon Dance now counts in full on your opponent’s screen too (it was being cut down).
