Devlog 0.24.1: Always Up To Date

No more stale versions: the game now updates itself when a new version comes out.

What's new

• If the game was left open in a tab or added to your home screen, it notices the update when you come back and reloads on the title screen.
• It never reloads in the middle of a battle, a League match or an online queue: it waits until you are back on the title screen.
• Each update is downloaded fresh, so your browser can no longer mix old and new files.

Version 0.24.1 of the game.
